I have had RSD for 4 years now on my right foot. I have had nerve blocks with

not much relief.  Recently I have now been diagnosed with bilateral mediain

mononeuropathies at the wrist (carpal tunnel syndrome) and als bilateral ulnar

mononeuropathy at the wrist.  I was wondering if there is any correlation with 

my RSD.  They are recommending surgery.  I was wondering if that would make 

my RSD worse.  i am still working and find every day more of a struggle to work.

Any thoughts as to if my RSD is spreading and if surgery would be adivsed. 

Please help me for determining as what to do.
