Can anyone tell me if using Inferential Stimulation can help a person suffering
with RSD in their foot. My 30 year old daughter is currently suffering and
would like to persue a non pharmaceutical approach to dealing with the pain.

Dear Darryl,
I have many years of experience with RSD/CRPS and I know one person who started developing the symptoms of it just after surgery. Her doctor told her she needed to gently but firmly rub/stroke the affected area several times a day to "retrain" the nerves to respond appropriately to appropriate stimulus. It worked but must be done very early on in the condition. Also, I found when symptoms are relatively new that soaking the affected limb in luke ward epsom salts water twice a day for 20 minutes can help ruduce pain somewhat and reduce further severity. It is supposed to balance out electrolites in your system so nerve impulses can work better. This worked for me when my RSD began to develop in my foot. Unfortunately I did not know about this when both my hands got the disease. Best of luck
